Please read & review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchase/s at Motion Simulation. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchase/s, including important limitations and exclusions, such as those in Motion Simulation product warranties. Your placement of an order with Motion Simulation constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.
Please note there may be limitations on your right to return and obtain a refund for products.
Motion Simulation Ltd sells and ships products to end user customers only. You may not purchase for resale unless there has been express, documented agreement. Motion Simulation reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if Motion Simulation suspects you are purchasing for resale.

Motion Simulation will send you a confirmation of your order via email, please check this as soon as you receive it.
Orders cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled once your simulator is in production. Please review Motion Simulations return and refund policy carefully before ordering.
Motion Simulation allows you to make your purchases using a bank electronic transfer of funds, commonly known as a BACS payment. Please read carefully our policies with respect to payment methods before you place your order.
In addition to the price of your purchases, Motion Simulation may charge you sales tax based on your shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is billed.
Motion Simulation offers freight shipping world-wide. This will either be notified to you automatically on smaller items or via email for TL Series or large shipments.
Signature is required for delivery: Some of Motion Simulations shipments contain valuable computer equipment. If you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package. Please note that Motion Simulation is notable to adjust the shipping address once a package has left our warehouse.Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery. Please note that, if you are willing to assume the risks of delivering your order with out a signature, you may authorize Motion Simulation to arrange for a delivery that does not require anyone to be at the delivery address.
Undeliverable Packages: Occasionally packages are returned to Motion Simulation as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to Motion Simulation, please contact MotionSimulation to make arrangements for reshipment.
Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of MotionSimulations carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the carrier will return the package to Motion Simulation and you may be liable for costs for a redelivery- especially on international shipments.
The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Motion Simulation does not begin payment processing until Motion Simulation receives all the information that it needs and full payment or a full authorisation of that payment.
Motion Simulation will begin payment processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays on the next business day.

Motion Simulation endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current Motion Simulation products. Your total order price will include the price of the product on the day of shipping plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges. Motion Simulation reserves the right to change prices for products at any time and particularly to correct pricing errors that appear on the website.
Motion Simulation makes every effort to ship your product according to the estimated lead times provided at point of purchase. Please build in time for a complete shipment, and other transportation and order consolidation processing.
Although Motion Simulation makes every effort to ship your order according to the lead-time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the lead-time changes, MotionSimulation will try to contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.
Due to demand Motion Simulation may restrict the number of items that you may purchase. Motion Simulation will post limitations on quantity on the Motion Simulation web site or will inform you of product purchase limits at the time it processes your order. Motion Simulation reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time.
Motion Simulation makes every effort to supply you with the products you order, but there may be occasions when Motion Simulation confirms orders but learns that it cannot supply the ordered products, either at all or in the quantities ordered. These occasions can include when Motion Simulation learns that the products no longer are being manufactured or they otherwise become unavailable to Motion Simulation, when Motion Simulation cannot source components for the configuration you ordered, or when there was a pricing error when you ordered. In those circumstances, Motion Simulation will contact you to inform you and, if you are interested, MotionSimulation may suggest alternative products that might meet your needs. If you do not wish to order alternative products, Motion Simulation will cancel your order for products Motion Simulation cannot supply and for any other products that you no longer wish to order as a result, and will refund your purchase price for those products.
All Motion Simulation hardware products carry a Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. You may review a copy of the Limited Warranty on new products, including its limitations and exclusions, before you purchase, by browsing to our support page.
By purchasing through MotionSimulation, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review MotionSimulation warranty terms, have done so to the degree you need to be familiar with them, and you accept their terms and conditions, including the limitations, exclusions, and disclaimers in them.
Non-Motion Simulation-branded, third-party products are, to the greatest extent permitted by law, sold “AS IS”by Motion Simulation, but may be accompanied by their manufacturers’ standard warranties. Motion Simulation sells “AS IS” products as is, where is, and with all faults, and without express or implied warranties from MotionSimulation.
Certain country laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the disclaimers, exclusions or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.
Products sold through MotionSimulation that do not bear the Motion Simulation Brand name are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturers in accordance with any terms and conditions packaged with the products (unless the third-party product is pre-installed in a Motion Simulation-branded computer). Motion SimulationLimited Warranty does not apply to products that are not Motion Simulation-branded, even if packaged or sold with Motion Simulation products. Please contact the manufacturer directly for technical support and customer service.
If you are not satisfied with your MotionSimulation purchase of a product, please email within14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. Configure-to-order, personalized or other customized products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless such product is Dead on Arrival (seethe section below for more detailed information on such Dead on Arrival products). If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, Motion Simulation will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to the MotionSimulation warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.??
NOTE: Motion Simulation recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and(2) either insure your package for safe return to Motion Simulation or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
Dead On Arrival (DOA) Product: System Failure Out of the Box
Motion Simulation-branded hardware product is considered DOA if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure, preventing basic operability, when you first use it after opening the box. If you believe that your product is DOA, please email us immediately, and definitely within 14 calendar days of the invoice date. Motion Simulation Technical Support will determine whether the product is DOA and offer you the following options:
If Motion Simulation TechnicalSupport determines that a returned product is not DOA, Motion Simulation will apply Motion Simulations standard product warranty to the product. Further, if Motion Simulation determines that you have misrepresented a returned product’s condition and that the product is not DOA, Motion Simulation may impose a £200 handling fee.
This DOA policy applies only to MotionSimulation-branded hardware products currently offered through Motion Simulation. As new products are offered, Motion Simulation reserves the right to determine whether or not this policy applies. This DOA policy does not apply to third-party products that do not bear the Motion Simulation brand name. You must call the manufacturer directly with any third-party product issues.
International Customers: If you’re an international customer and you’re outside the domestic delivery area, the standard Motion Simulation Return and Refund Policy applies — with the exception that you’re responsible for shipping the product back to the UK address, plus handling, customs, and inventory liability. Since you’re responsible for the safe delivery of any product you’re returning to Motion Simulation, we recommend that you insure it against loss.
Motion Simulation Branded Products If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any Motion Simulation-branded product, please email us. If your product does have a defect, your product is covered under the terms of your product’s warranty.
Non-Motion Simulation Branded/Third-Party Products If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any third-party product, please contact the manufacturer of such third-party product directly for information regarding the manufacturer’s warranty. Please note that products sold through Motion Simulation that do not bear the Motion Simulation brand name are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturers in accordance with the terms and conditions packaged with the products. Motion Simulation Limited Warranty does not apply to products that are not MotionSimulation-branded, even if packaged or sold with Motion Simulation products.
